2020 DuBrul Riesling
Our 2020 DuBrul Riesling is crisp, dry, with a consistently bright acidity and a smooth finish. Starting with aromas of honeyed almonds, apple blossoms and a faint whiff of petrol. Across the palate arrive flavors of ripe white peach, lemon chiffon pie and honeydew melon. The mouthfeel is a harmonious balance of the wine’s natural acidity and minimal residual sugar, filling the palate with bright flavors of lemon zest and tropical fruits. Finishes clean and crisp.
The Wine Panel Review of 2020 Sin Banderas Riesling - $24 - 90 Points
"While this Riesling has a very subtle nose, it is not shy on the palate. Sourced from the esteemed DuBrul Vineyard, the wine first tastes light and fresh, but finishes with intensity and an essence of dried lemon zest. The 2020 is solid but has big shoes to fill as the 2019 vintage won Best Riesling and a Double Gold at the Great Northwest Invitational Wine Competition. We suggest pairing this dry, zesty wine with fresh seafood ceviche. 90 Points in the $15-$25 Category.

"...a Riesling that’s traditional, identifiable and enticing, starting with aromas of honeyed almond skin, stone fruit and a faint whiff of petrol. Across the palate arrive flavors of ripe white peach, lemon chiffon pie and honeydew melon. The bright balance of the barely perceptible sugar level (0.85%) allows the flavors repeat in stunning fashion, paving the way for its award as Best Riesling and a double gold last fall at the Great Northwest Invitational Wine Competition." - Great Northwest Wine
